Over the past 2o years, Michele has immersed herself in the practice and foundations of yoga and contemplative studies, completing advanced trainings and certification courses including study with Richard Freeman, Georg Feurstein, Pattabhi Jois, Norman Allard, Wendy Bramlett and others. Her thorough understanding of yoga, movement, breath and awareness coupled with the science of physical therapy are essential components to resolving habitual patterns that create pain and limit the body’s healing potential.

Currently, Michele is the owner of Embody Physical Therapy, LLC and Holistic Physical Therapy, LLC located in Sioux City, Iowa and Boulder, Colorado.  She divides her time between these two locations, enjoying the ability to share information and experiences with both communities. Michele’s greatest inspiration is her connection with Mother Nature, her sweetie-pie husband Marty, and her extensive international travels throughout Mexico, Central America, India and Asia.
