Treatment Room

The space is wonderfully suited for a health care professional including bodyworkers of all modalities, acupuncurists, yoga teachers, etc. The office is located in central Boulder three blocks north of Ideal Market embedded in a quiet neighborhood. It is one block from the North Boulder Community Garden and North Boulder Rec Center, and four blocks east of Broadway off of Elder.

Waiting Room

The office is a separate part of a house with its own entrance. Parking is in front of the house on 14th street.  The entire office  space, including a hallway, bathroom, waiting area and treatment room, is about 450 sq.ft.  The waiting room has a nice area for sitting, bookshelves, scheduling area and great storage. The treatment room is nice and spacious, has vaulted ceilings, windows and plenty of natural light.

There is a FAX machine, hydroculator, mirror on the wall, and other ammenities, including a few different model spines and a pelvis. As I am a physical therapist, I use a wide massage style table that is in the room which can be pushed toward the wall or folded up for extra space needs.

I am in Boulder and using the office space roughly 7-9 working days a month. The rest of the time I am in Iowa, so you will enjoy the office as if you were not sharing it! IT is an amazing space and a wonderfully comfortable setting that your clients will thoroughly enjoy and appreciate!

I have a set schedule when I am in town, roughly 20 hours/week. This will allow you to have a “normal” part time schedule for the time I am in Boulder and then return to a more open schedule when I am away.

The rent is $470/month including utilites. Available October 1st.
